Changes in the Total Number of Shares and Votes in Arcam

The number of shares and votes in Arcam AB (publ)(STO:ARCM) has increased by 323,608 in September due to new issue of shares, based on execution of options.

After the new issue the total number of shares and votes as of September 30, 2014 amounts to 18,665,241.
