In December 2015, the number of shares of Rejlers AB (STO:REJL) has increased by 600 000 new shares of class B, following a cash issuance resolved by the board of directors on December 16, 2015.

As of December 30, 2015, the share capital of Rejlers amounts to SEK 25 843 442, divided into 12 921 721 shares, 1 251 250 being of class A and 11 670 471 being of class B. The total number of votes in Rejlers amounts as of December 30, 2015 to 24,182,971 votes.
