Change in the total number of shares and votes in Recipharm AB (publ)

Regulaltory News:

In February 2015, the number of shares in Recipharm AB (publ) ("Recipharm”) (STO: RECI) has increased by 2,915,544 shares of series B, corresponding to 2,915,544 votes. The increase in the number of shares and votes results from conversion of convertible bonds issue in connection with the acquisition of Corvette Pharmaceutical Services Group, completed on 1 October 2015. Following the conversion of convertible bonds as set out above there are no outstanding convertible bonds in Recipharm.

As of 27 February 2015, the total number of shares in Recipharm amounts to 45,719,418, divided into 12,685,716 shares of series A and 33,033,702 shares of series B. The total number of votes in Recipharm as of 27 February 2014 amounts to 159,890,862.
