Change in the Publishing Day for Solteq Plc's Interim Report January-September 2015

In the earlier announced corporate acquisition Solteq Plc purchased the entire stock capital of Descom Group Oy. The financial figures of the acquired company are consolidated to Solteq Plc’s financial figures for the first time in the third quarter of 2015, which is estimated to lengthen the time required to prepare the interim report. Due to the consolidation Solteq Plc changes the publishing day of the January-September 2015 interim report from the earlier reported (16 October 2015). The new publishing day is Friday, 30 October 2015 at 9.00 am.
