Change in the holding of Kesko Corporation's treasury shares

KESKO CORPORATION STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 17.12.2014 AT 13.00 1(1)

Kesko has today transferred a total of 8,791 own B shares (KESBV) held by the company as treasury shares to Mikko Helander, Kesko's President and CEO as from 1 January 2015.

The share transfer is based on the decision of Kesko's Board of Directors, announced in a stock exchange release on 16 December 2014, to transfer own B shares held by the company as treasury shares to Helander.

After the share transfer, Kesko holds 995,315 own B shares as treasury shares.
