TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE PUBLICATION OF THE 2015 REGISTRATION DOCUMENT 

CONSTITUTING THE ANNUAL REPORT

The Company announces the publication of its Registration Document for 2015.

The Registration Document for fiscal year 2015 was submitted to the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) on 27 April 2016.

This document is available on the websites of:

• AMF (www.amf-france.org).

Copies of the Registration Document are also available free of charge on request made to the Company's registered office:

The English version of the Registration Document for fiscal year 2015 will be available on 4 May 2016.

• Information on the fees paid to the Statutory Auditors of the accounts;
