CDTi Appoints Christopher Harris As CEO - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Clean Diesel Technologies, Inc. (CDTI) or CDTi, announced the appointment of Christopher Harris as its new President and Chief Executive Officer or CEO.

Concurrent with Harris' appointment, the Board of Directors discontinued the Office of the Chief Executive Officer, established on an interim basis in December 2013.

Nikhil Mehta, a former member of the Office of the CEO, will continue as the Company's Chief Financial Officer and Pedro Lopez-Baldrich, also a former member of the Office of the CEO, will continue as the company's General Counsel and Vice President of Administration, Clean Diesel Technologies said.
