Castlight Health Prices IPO At $16.00 Per Share - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Castlight Health Inc., a provider of enterprise healthcare cloud software, announced that it has priced its initial public offering of 11.10 million shares of its Class B common stock at a price to the public of $16.00 per share.

In addition, Castlight Health has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1.665 million additional shares of Class B common stock from Castlight Health at the initial public offering price.

The shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on March 14, 2014 under the symbol "CSLT."

Goldman, Sachs & Co. and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. Allen & Company LLC, Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated, Canaccord Genuity Inc. and Raymond James & Associates, Inc. are acting as co-managers.
