Cache Prices Offering Of 8 Mln Shares At $1.75/shr - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Cache, Inc. (CACH), a specialty chain of women's apparel stores, announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 8.0 million shares at $1.75 per share. Further, the underwriter was granted an option for 30 days to buy up to 1.2 million additional shares. The company intends to use around $13.0 million in net proceeds for working capital and general corporate purposes. The offering may close on June 2, 2014.
