Brown-Forman Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

    LOUISVILLE, Ky.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 27, 2005--A regular quarterly cash dividend of 24.50 cents per share on Class A and Class B Common Stock was voted by the Board of Directors of Brown-Forman Corporation (NYSE:BFB).
    Stockholders of record on March 10, 2005 will receive the cash dividend on April 1, 2005.
    Brown-Forman has paid regular quarterly cash dividends for 59 consecutive years.
