Brookfield Canada Office Properties Reports Q1 Adj. FFO/unit Of C$0.31

(RTTNews) - Brookfield Canada Office Properties (BOXC, BOX_UN.TO), a Canadian REIT, reported first-quarter net income to unitholders of C$16.4 million or C$0.63 per unit, compared to C$11.8 million or C$0.45 per unit during the same period in 2014.

Funds from operations to unitholders was C$10.4 million or C$0.40 per unit, compared to C$11.5 million or C$0.44 per unit during the same period in 2014. Adjusted funds from operations to unitholders was C$8.0 million or C$0.31 per unit, compared to C$10.2 million or C$0.39 per unit during the same period in 2014.

Commercial property revenue increased to C$127.6 million from C$125.6 million, prior year.
