Brazil Potash Secures Key Partnership With Keytrade AG For Potash Offtake

(RTTNews) - Brazil Potash Corp. (GRO), the company behind the development of Brazil's largest potash fertilizer project, has announced a significant partnership. The company revealed that its wholly owned subsidiary, Potssio do Brasil Ltda., has signed a memorandum of understanding with Keytrade AG, one of the world's leading fertilizer trading firms.

The MOU outlines the potential for Keytrade to purchase up to one million tons of potash annually from Brazil Potash's Autazes Potash Project.

This agreement helps Brazil Potash as it moves forward with its plans to construct and operate the Autazes Potash Project, which is set to play a pivotal role in Brazil's agricultural sector.

GRO is currently trading at $7.26 up 10 percent or $0.66 on the New York Stock Exchange.
