Branick Industries Debuts Model BTT-5700E Adjustable Height Tire Tester / Inspector at SEMA With January 1, 2019 Release

FARGO, N.D., Oct. 28, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Branick Industries, globally known as a leader in tire service and inflation equipment, announces the Model BTT-5700E Adjustable Height Electronic Tire Tester and Inspector.

The BTT-5700E is the next generation in electronic tire testing and inspection for steel tires. It is more compact than most other systems without sacrificing functionality. It accurately detects punctures, partial penetrations and metal objects still in the tread. A detected flaw stops tire rotation and the Flaw light and visible spark make sure it won't be missed. The adjustable height platform provides an ergonomic working environment and the swivel arm operator panel makes it easy to reach the controls. The inspection platform has an attached ramp that extends when lowered for easy tire loading.

The BTT-5700E can function in both automatic and manual modes to help pin point the more challenging flaws. Dual sided foot controls are included for the bi-directional rotation and rotation speed can be adjusted to optimize efficiency of inspection. All probe, spread and lift controls are hand operated.

The BTT-5700E can handle tires up to 24.5" bead diameter and 18" cross section. All probe heads include the quick-change system for fast change over. A medium truck probe head is included with the unit and many other probe head sizes are available to ensure complete coverage of all tire types. If you are looking for a tire tester and inspector the BTT-5700E provides efficient, effective performance that must be seen.
