Boingo Wireless Issues Guidance - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Boingo Wireless (WIFI) announced, for the first-quarter, the company projects: adjusted EBITDA to be in the range of $17.0 million to $21.0 million; and revenue to be in the range of $63.0 million to $68.0 million.

For 2019, the company expects: adjusted EBITDA to be in the range of $80.0 million to $87.0 million; and revenue to be in the range of $270.0 million to $280.0 million.

For the fourth-quarter, adjusted EBITDA was $23.2 million, up 13.4% compared to $20.4 million in the fourth quarter of 2017. Revenue was $67.8 million, up 18.2% compared to $57.3 million in the fourth quarter of 2017. The company said the revenue growth was driven by strength in DAS, Military/multifamily, and Wholesale Wi-Fi.

Shares of Boingo Wireless were down more than 11% after hours.
