Efficiency, Efficacy and Quality of Medical Management Programs
The TriZetto Group, Inc. (Nasdaq:TZIX), announced that Blue Cross Blue Shield of Tennessee has selected TriZetto CareAdvance(TM) Enterprise as its single platform for automating case, disease and population management. Tightly integrated with claims and other core systems, this new patient-centric solution provides complete coverage, "from claim to consumer." Blue Cross Blue Shield of Tennessee serves 2.3 million members and is the largest insurer in the state.
