Blackbaud Sells EVERFI To Private Investment Firm For Undisclosed Terms

(RTTNews) - Blackbaud, Inc. (BLKB), a software provider, Thursday announced that it has sold its EVERFI Inc. business to an unaffiliated private investment firm. The sale was closed on December 31, for terms undisclosed.

Blackbaud will keep its YourCause portfolio and Impact Edgeä solution, which support corporate giving, volunteering, engagement, and impact reporting.

The company said the sale will help purpose-driven businesses advance their corporate impact initiatives.

Tuesday, BLKB had closed 0.16% higher at $73.92 on the Nasdaq. In the pre-market trading, BLKB is 0.95% less at $73.22.
