BioMed Realty Trust Q4 FFO Rises - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - BioMed Realty Trust Inc. (BMR) Wednesday said fourth-quarter funds from operations, or FFO, was $71.0 million or $0.34 per share, compared to $59.5 million or $0.36 per share in the same period last year.

AFFO rose to $65.4 million or $0.31 per share from $55.0 million or $0.33 per share in the prior year quarter. On average, 11 analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to report AFFO of $0.33 per share for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

For the latest fourth quarter, the company reported net income available to the company of $10.3 million or $0.05 per share, compared to $8.2 million or $0.03 per share last year.

Revenues increased 27.9 percent to $157.99 million from $138.77 million last year, while four analysts expected revenues of $157.51 million.

Looking ahead, the company continues to to expect full-year FFO in the range of $1.37 to $1.47 per share and earnings in the order of $0.14 to $0.24 per share. Analysts now expect earnings of $1.43 per share.
