Best in Klas - Sectra PACS Ranked #1 in Customer Satisfaction Both in the US and Globally

International medical imaging IT provider, Sectra (http://www.sectra.com/medical) (STO:SECTB), announced that its PACS has been awarded "Best in KLAS” both in the US and globally for highest customer satisfaction.  It is the second consecutive year that Sectra PACS has been awarded "Best in KLAS” among hospitals over 200 beds in the US and the first time to be named "Best in KLAS” in the new category of Global PACS (hospitals outside of the US).  In addition, Sectra was awarded "Category Leader” for both Community PACS (hospitals under 200 beds) and Ambulatory PACS (imaging centers and radiology groups) giving Sectra the distinction to have won all the PACS honors in the US market. The awards are presented in the "2014 Best in KLAS: Software and Services” report by the research firm with the same name.  Sectra PACS was first installed more than 20 years ago and now manages over 70 million annual radiology examinations worldwide.

"This is a great victory for Sectra to have swept all the categories in PACS for the US and also the global award”, says Marie Ekström Trägårdh, Executive Vice President, Sectra AB and President Sectra Imaging IT solutions AB.  "Sectra’s highest priority is satisfied customers and our consistent high rankings in the medtech industry’s most important customer satisfaction survey reflect the passion and dedication of the entire Sectra organization. We are extremely proud to be the highest ranked vendor in these KLAS PACS categories which confirms that we deliver higher value to customers than any other vendor in the industry.”

"Sectra has a great partnership with our organization. They are an example of what we would like all our vendor relationships to be. They are very engaged and provide solutions for us. We just extended our contract with them,” comments a large hospital PACS VP/Executive, July, 2014 at http://www.klasresearch.com/products/comments/5261.
