Baker, Chief Financial Officer, is scheduled to present at the Seventh Annual D.A. Davidson Financial Services Conference in Seattle.     Yesterday, Banner reported first quarter net income increased 8% compared to a year earlier, to $4.7 million, or $0.39 per diluted share, on revenues of $29.2 million for the quarter, up 10% from $26.5 million in the first quarter of 2004. Non-performing assets declined 36% from the same quarter last year. Assets grew 10% to $2.97 billion, deposits increased 14% to $1.99 billion, and loans grew 20% to $2.13 billion during the twelve months ending March 31, 2005.
