Baldwin Signs Distribution Agreement with Hildebrand Systeme

    SHELTON, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 21, 2005--Baldwin Technology Company, Inc. (ASE:BLD) announced that, in a move that will enhance its position in the automatic cleaning systems market, Baldwin's wholly owned Swedish subsidiary, Baldwin Jimek AB, signed a distribution agreement with German manufacturer, Hildebrand Systeme, effective as of March 15, 2005. The agreement gives Baldwin the exclusive global marketing rights for the worldwide web offset market for the Jetstream and Jetvac web cleaning systems made by Hildebrand Systeme.
