Babis Vovos International Construction S.A. - Sale of up to 4,330,500 Shares Held by Mr. Charalampos Vovos

Mr. Charalampos Vovos, Chairman of the Board of Directors of BabisVovos International Constriction S.A. ("BVIC") and major shareholderin BVIC, announces his intention to sell up to 4,330,500 BVIC sharesin BVIC (the "Vovos Shares") representing approximately 12.8% of thetotal share capital of BVIC. A sale of 4,330,500 shares will leave Mr.Vovos with a 51% holding in BVIC. As stipulated by many of BVIC's saleand leaseback contracts, Mr. Vovos is committed to retain at least a51% stake in BVIC.

The disposal of the Vovos Shares will be made to a limited numberof institutional investors by way of an accelerated bookbuild.
