Axcelis Technologies Earnings Climb In Q4

(RTTNews) - Axcelis Technologies (ACLS) revealed a profit for its fourth quarter that advanced from last year.

The company said its bottom line advanced to $16.21 million, or $0.47 per share. This was higher than $3.97 million, or $0.13 per share, in last year's fourth quarter.
