    Booth #810

LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 16, 2005--Authorize.Net Corp., a service of Lightbridge Inc. (NASDAQ:LTBG), today announced a growing list of third-party solution providers that have integrated their products to the Authorize.Net Internet Protocol (IP) Payment Gateway.
The Authorize.Net Payment Gateway allows merchants to take advantage of the reliability, speed, and security of the Internet for "Card Present" credit card transactions at retail locations, from mobile devices or anywhere else that a credit card is present at a point of purchase. Processing transactions via IP has numerous benefits for merchants including eliminating monthly fees for phone lines that support dial-up authorization, consolidation of costs for broadband, and easy integration with enterprise software used for accounting, inventory management and other capacities.
These new third-party solutions open up new markets for Authorize.Net's extensive network of Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs) who can now support sales of these products through their own channels. Resellers can use their existing Authorize.Net account to provision merchants for full credit card processing through any of these solutions.

A few of the companies that have integrated their IP solutions to Authorize.Net include:

-- CoreSense (www.coresense.com), a leading provider of Web-based retail software solutions designed to enable unified multi-channel sales including: retail, e-commerce, mail order/telephone order, kiosks, eBay and other online marketplaces.

-- JadeAdvantage IP POS Terminal by Cybernet (www.cybernetww.com), an all-in-one payment terminal featuring a 32-bit processor that supports Ethernet communications with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption.

-- MobileCharge (www.mobilecharge.net) combines the features of the latest smartphone technologies by Blackberry, Pocket PC and Palm with Infinite Peripherals' PP55MS unified printer and magnetic stripe reader, allowing users to process transactions anytime, anywhere.

-- NetStopPro 4.0 by Kiosk Logix Inc. (www.kiosklogix.com), a secure, robust, easy-to-use kiosk software platform for use in diverse vertical markets such as healthcare, education, financial services, manufacturing, government, human resources, operations, customer service, and pay-to-surf Internet access.

-- UltraPoS from SCL (www.scluk.com), a comprehensive and flexible application for the transaction processing and stock management of stored-value cards, travellers cheques and foreign exchange.

-- ZyAIR G-4100 Router by ZyXEL (http://us.zyxel.com/), an 802.11g wireless "hot-spot" with embedded credit card billing module for deployment of Internet access and e-mail service in coffee shops, restaurants, and hotels.

Additional solutions integrated with the Authorize.Net IP Payment Gateway include providers of events tickets, mobile POS systems for restaurants, and property management systems providers.
"Authorize.Net continues to establish itself as a leader in the IP transactions processing industry," stated Roy Banks, Authorize.Net president. "The synergies between payment solutions providers and the Authorize.Net IP Payment Gateway are becoming more evident to companies in all verticals and we are pleased to offer them a platform that supports and maximizes their technology."
Authorize.Net will be demonstrating a number of integrated IP-based third-party solutions in their booth (#810) at the Electronic Transactions Association (ETA) Annual Meeting and Expo, March 15-17 at the Mirage Hotel, Las Vegas.
