Australis Capital Announces Change in Management

LAS VEGAS, Jan. 17, 2020 /CNW/ - Australis Capital Inc. (CSE: AUSA) (OTC: AUSAF) ("AUSA" or the "Company") announced that Mr. Michael Carlotti's employment with the Company as Chief Financial Officer has been terminated effective January 16, 2020.

The Company has appointed Alex Han as Interim Chief Financial Officer who will be designated to serve until such time as a permanent Chief Financial Officer is named.
