AU Optronics Nov. Consolidated Revenue Up 4.5% - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - AU Optronics Corp.(AUO), Tuesday reported consolidated revenue of NT$35.41 billion for November, up 4.5 percent year-over-year, while month-over-month revenues rose 4.4 percent.

Shipments of large-sized panels for LCD TV, desktop monitor, notebook PC, and other applications totaled 10.50 million units in month of November, an increase of 12.7 percent sequentially. As for small-and-medium-sized panels, the shipments declined 6.3 percent from last month to around 13.74 million units.

The company said that large size refers to panels that are 10 inches and above in diagonal measurement while small and medium size refers to those below 10 inches.
