ATK Bags $204 Mln Deal To Supply Munitions To U.S. Army, International Allies

(RTTNews) - Alliant Techsystems Inc. (ATK) Monday said it has won multiple contracts worth $203.7 million, from the U.S. government, for supplying non-U.S. standard ammunition or NSA, for the Department of Defense in support of international allies. As per the contract, ATK will provide a range of ammunition and munition products to the U.S. Army. The company has been the leading supplier to the NSA program since its inception. "ATK's ability to satisfy varied munitions needs provides a strategic advantage to the United States as it supports its allies across the globe," commented Mike Kahn, president of ATK's Defense Group.
