ATG to Host Webinar entitled Metric-Drive e-Commerce Results: The Value of Measuring Customer Interactions

Cid Jenkins, vice president of sales, North America for ATG's eStara
line of e-commerce optimization services and Todd Humphrey, vice
president OnDemand Personalization, ATG, will host a webinar with
Patti Freeman Evans of JupiterResearch. The webinar will help online
sellers understand the value of measuring customer interactions.
Participants will discover how to increase sales by using the data
collected during customer interactions to better understand every
customer. Citing real-world examples, industry experts will help to:

-- Realize how evaluating Web customer data properly will lead to
better personalization and increased sales

WHO: Patti Freeman Evans
As a Research Director for JupiterResearch, Evans carries over
nineteen years of diversified experience and expertise in creating
customer-centric e-commerce sites. Evans focuses on multi-channel
retail strategy, integrating channels effectively, developing
innovative marketing initiatives and ensuring high-standard customer
service and order fulfillment operations.
Todd Humphrey
Humphrey serves as vice president, OnDemand Personalization, ATG.
Former CEO of CleverSet (acquired by ATG in February 2008), Humphrey
spent time at two venture capital firms where he managed an
investment portfolio and evaluated early-stage technology companies.
Earlier, he led the business development efforts for Apex Learning,
a K-12 online learning company founded by Microsoft co-founder Paul
Allen.
Cid Jenkins
As vice president of sales, North America for ATG's eStara line of
e-commerce optimization services, Jenkins oversees strategic sales
initiatives and execution. Jenkins has been instrumental in
developing eStara's strategy in the travel and hospitality market
while garnering extensive experience driving revenue for eStara's
partners, which include companies such as Continental Airlines,
Hotels.com, Red Lion Hotels and Starwood.
