ASV Schedules 4th Quarter Earnings Release and Conference Call

    GRAND RAPIDS, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 16, 2005--ASV, Inc. (NASDAQ:ASVI) announced today it will release financial results for its fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2004 the morning of Thursday, February 24, 2005.
    The Company has scheduled a conference call to discuss its fourth quarter and fiscal year 2004 financial results for 9:00 a.m. Central time on the same day. ASV CEO and Chairman Gary Lemke, along with ASV President Mark Glasnapp and ASV Chief Financial Officer Tom Karges, will host the conference call.
