Astro-Med Q3 Profit Rises - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Astro-Med, Inc. (ALOT) Wednesday reported third-quarter net income of $1.56 million, up from $1.11 million in the prior year. Earnings per share were $0.20, compared to $0.14 per share last year.

The manufacturer of specialty high tech printing systems and data acquisition systems said its net sales for the quarter grew 27.3% to $23.14 million from $18.18 million a year earlier.

Operating Margin was 11.1%, up 460 basis points from last year.

On November 24, the directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.07 per share, to shareholders of record on December 19, 2014, payable on January 2, 2015.
