Arise AB: Arise Calls for Early Redemption of Bond 2012/2015

Regulatory News:

On 1 September 2014, Arise (STO:ARISE) announced the issuance of a new SEK 350 million bond ("Bond 2014/2017”) in order to refinance its outstanding bond 2012/2015 (ISIN: SE0004518769) (”Bond 2012/2015”). Therefore, Arise hereby informs that the company has decided to fully redeem Bond 2012/2015 in advance in accordance with the terms and conditions of the bond.

Early redemption will take place on 29 September 2014 with record date on 22 September 2014. In accordance with the terms and conditions of Bond 2012/2015, the redemption amount corresponds to 100 per cent of the nominal amount of the bonds outstanding under Bond 2012/2015. In addition, the company will pay accrued interest from 23 September 2014 to and including the redemption date of 29 September 2014.

In connection with the early redemption, Bond 2012/2015 will be delisted from NASDAQ OMX Stockholm Corporate Bond List. Last day of trading in Bonds 2012/2015 is 17 September 2014.

ABG Sundal Collier and Swedbank have been financial advisors with Mannheimer Swartling as their legal advisor, while Setterwalls acted as legal advisor to Arise, in connection with the issuance of Bond 2014/2017 and refinancing of Bond 2012/2015.
