Aquila Resources Announces Election Results for its 2018 Annual Meeting

TORONTO, May 22, 2018 /CNW/ - Aquila Resources Inc. (TSX: AQA) ("Aquila"), a permitting-stage company advancing the zinc- and gold-rich Back Forty Project in Michigan's Upper Peninsula, today announced voting results for the election of directors at its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of Shareholders held today, May 22, 2018, in Toronto.

A total of 199,982,325 common shares representing 60.19% of all of Aquila's issued and outstanding shares were voted in connection with the AGM.  Shareholders approved all items of business before the AGM, including the election of Directors as follows:
