AOAC INTERNATIONAL Announces Search For New Executive Director

ROCKVILLE, Md., Sept. 20, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- AOAC INTERNATIONAL is pleased to announce the national search for an Executive Director.

AOAC INTERNATIONAL is a globally recognized not-for-profit organization dedicated to developing appropriate, science-based solutions to establish analytical methods for a broad spectrum of safety interests. Founded in 1884, and continuing in its mission to provide a forum for the development of analytical methods, AOAC INTERNATIONAL continues to meet the needs of industry and the public at large throughout the world. AOAC INTERNATIONAL works closely with its extensive membership, volunteer base and industry partners from a wide variety of disciplines and interests including government agencies, academia, international organizations, laboratories, research organizations, rapid assay developers, high technology providers and instrument manufacturers to promote and publish peer-reviewed scientific methods. 

The Board of Directors has retained HR Strategy Group, LLC to conduct a national search for a full-time Executive Director to lead the organization.   The Board of Directors, through its Search Committee led by Dr. Jon DeVries, will work with HR Strategy Group in identifying a successor to this important position.  Information regarding the search can be found on our website:  https://www.aoac.org.
