ANZ Appoints Michelle Jablko As CFO - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Ltd.(ANZBY.PK, ANZ.AX) or ANZ, Monday announced the appointment of Michelle Jablko as Chief Financial Officer reporting to CEO Shayne Elliott. Jablko will be based in Melbourne and will commence with ANZ on July 18.

Graham Hodges, currently acting Chief Financial Officer, will focus on his position as Deputy Chief Executive Officer. His role includes responsibility for ANZ's minority investments in Indonesia, Malaysia, China and The Philippines.

Jablko joins ANZ from independent investment bank Greenhill & Co where she has been Managing Director and Co-Head for Australia since 2014. Formerly she was at UBS Australia from 2000.

Jablko commenced her career as a lawyer at Arthur Robinson & Hedderwicks where she was focused on M&A, banking and finance law.

ANZ noted that the new CFO will have responsibility for all aspects of Finance as well as Treasury, Mergers and Acquisitions and Investor Relations. She will also be a member of the Group Executive Committee.
