Angie's List Says John Chuang To Be New Board Chair - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Angie's List, Inc. (ANGI) said John Chuang, a current member of the Board of Directors, would be its new Board Chair, effective the retirement of Keith Krach at the close of the company's Annual Meeting of Stockholders on May 13.

Bill Oesterle, Chief Executive Officer, said, "We're pleased to welcome John as our new Board Chair. We look forward to working with him in this new role and know we will continue to benefit from his extensive leadership experience, business development expertise, and broad understanding of the issues facing growing companies as we deliver on our strategy."

In connection with his appointment to Chair, Chuang has requested his annual director compensation be reduced to $1, which the company has granted.
