Amplitude Surgical Inaugurates Its Logistics Site in Valence

Amplitude Surgical (Paris:AMPLI) (ISIN: FR0012789667, Ticker: AMPLI, PEA-PME eligible), a leading French player on the global surgical technology market for lower-limb orthopedics, announces the inauguration of its logistics site in Valence, a new stage to accompany its future growth.

This new logistics center will enable us to meet American regulatory requirements, and will lead to the recruitment of an additional fifteen staff in Valence in 2017. In 2015/2016, Amplitude Surgical sold more than 40,000 implants, (23,500 knee / 17,000 hip), without counting ancillaries. It is within this context, and in order to anticipate its future developments, that the Group decided, at the end of 2015, to build a more modern storage and logistics site for its various products. Located in the Mozart 2 industrial park in Valence, this 3,690 m² building was completed in under 6 months by a general contractor and local companies, with the urban district authority heavily involved in facilitating its execution.

Already operational since July, the Amplitude Surgical logistics department’s 30 staff successfully carry out daily deliveries to clinics and hospitals and to our subsidiaries and distributors.
