Amplitude Surgical Announces the Implementation of a Liquidity Contract with Natixis

Amplitude Surgical (Paris:AMPLI) (Euronext - FR0012789667), a leading French player in the international market for lower limb prostheses, announces that the company entrusts NATIXIS with the implementation of a liquidity contract on AMPLITUDE SURGICAL shares (Paris – ISIN FR0012789667) traded on Euronext Paris, in accordance with the Charter of Ethics established by the AMAFI of March 8, 2011 and approved by the decision of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers of 21 March 2011.

For the implementation of this contract, the following resources have been allocated to the liquidity account:

• €500 000 (five hundred thousand euros)
