American Woodmark Appoints Scott Culbreth CFO - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - American Woodmark Corp. (AMWD) Friday named Scott Culbreth as its chief financial officer effective February 24. Culbreth will report to Kent Guichard, chairman and cief executive officer.

In his position, Culbreth will be a key member of the executive team with responsibility for the company's information technology, controller, treasury and internal audit functions.

Prior to joining American Woodmark, Culbreth was CFO of Piedmont Hardware Brands. Earlier Culbreth held financial roles with Newell Rubbermaid, Robert Bosch Corp., and Shell Oil Co.

American Woodmark manufactures kitchen cabinets and vanities for the remodeling and new home construction markets.
