American Financial Realty Trust Announces Resignation of James Ratner

JENKINTOWN, Pa., May 25 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- American Financial Realty Trust , a real estate investment trust focused on acquiring and leasing properties occupied by financial institutions, today announced that James T. Ratner, its Executive Vice President for Finance and Corporate Strategy, has resigned to pursue other personal and professional interests.

"Having contributed to AFR's growth to over $4 billion in assets, I believe that now is the time to pursue other challenges, both personal and professional," said Mr. Ratner. "I have enjoyed my time at AFR, and feel privileged to have been part of its growth."
