American Eagle Launches New Jet Service From DFW to Nine Cities

FORT WORTH, Texas, June 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- American Eagle, the regional affiliate of American Airlines, is further extending the American Airlines network with new nonstop jet service from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport to nine additional cities today.

The carrier now offers three daily round-trip flights between DFW and Savannah, Ga.; two daily round-trip flights between DFW and both Madison, Wis., and Mobile, Ala.; and once-daily round-trip flights between DFW and Evansville, Ind.; Green Bay, Wis.; Moline, Ill.; Rochester, Minn.; and Toledo, Ohio. American Eagle also begins seasonal service between DFW and Traverse City, Mich., with one daily flight today through Oct. 29, and a second flight between July 2 and Aug. 22. All flights will be operated with 44- or 50-seat Embraer jets.

American Eagle also increased its jet service today between DFW and Buffalo, N.Y., from one to two daily flights, and will add four daily round- trip flights between DFW and Fort Walton Beach, Fla., on July 2.

The added service from DFW provides customers with convenient schedules at competitive prices to even more cities. Combined, American Eagle and American Airlines now serve 154 cities from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport.
