American Campus Communities Q4 FFO Rises - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - American Campus Communities, Inc. (ACC) Wednesday said fourth-quarter funds from operations, or FFO, increased to $72.82 million or $0.68 per share, up from $58.47 million or $0.57 per share in the same period last year.

FFO-modified for the quarter totaled $70.7 million or $0.66 per share. Adjusted FFOM for the quarter was $0.68 per share. On average, 12 analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to earn $0.64 per share for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

Net income attributable to American campus communities totaled $27.83 million or $0.26 per share, up from $23.66 million or $0.23 per share last year.

Revenues increased to $182.69 million from $149.28 million last year. Analysts expected revenues of $167.69 million.

Looking ahead, the company has forecast full-year FFO in the order of $2.31 to $2.39 per share, with FFOM ranging between $2.27 and $2.35 per share.Analysts currently expect full-year FFO of $2.32 per share.
