Alvopetro Energy Grants Stock Options To Buy 1.43 Million Shares - Quick Facts
(RTTNews) - Alvopetro Energy Ltd. (ALV.V) said it has granted stock options to purchase 1.43 million common shares under its stock option plan, of which 1.0325 million were granted to directors and officers.
According to the company, each stock option has an exercise price of C$0.40, being the volume weighted average trading price of Alvopetro's shares on the TSX Venture Exchange for the five consecutive trading days ending on and including December 24, 2014. Stock options granted to directors and officers expire five years from the date of grant.
