Alternet Systems Exits Financial Industry With USMJ Acquiring Point of Sale Assets

Alternet Systems, Inc. (USOTC: ALYI) today announced exiting the financial industry with North American Cannabis Holdings, Inc. (USOTC: USMJ) acquiring ALYI's retail point of sale (POS) technology assets.  The two companies have previously been working together on a cannabis POS pilot project.  USMJ will now move forward on its own to continue rolling out the cannabis POS solution.  USMJ recently announced adding its own Cryptocurrency to the cannabis point of sale solution.  The outgoing CEO of ALYI, Henryk Dabrowski is joining Ciao Group, Inc. (USOTC: CIAU) to lead Ciao's issuance of its own digital currency.  USMJ anticipates Ciao's new Cryptographic Enterprise Division to play a key role in the development of USMJ's own Cryptocurrency.  USMJ plans an Initial Currency Offering (ICO) of a cannabis digital coin in the not too distant future.  In conjunction with its exit from the financial industry, ALYI will now be entering the Lithium sector through a strategic acquisition.  ALYI recently announced entering into an agreement to acquire a private Lithium Intellectual Property Company.  The acquisition is anticipated to be complete by the end of July or earlier.
