AllianceBernstein Holding Q4 Profit Rises - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - AllianceBernstein Holding L.P. (AB) reported that fourth-quarter equity in net income attributable to AllianceBernstein Unitholders rose to $57.85 million or $0.62 per unit from $26.19 million or $0.26 per unit in the prior-year quarter.

Adjusted net income per unit was $0.60, compared to last year's $0.40. On average, eight analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to report earnings of $0.43 per share for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

AllianceBernstein L.P said that net income attributable to AllianceBernstein Unitholders improved to $182.50 million from $71.70 million last year.

Net revenues for the quarter increased 9 percent to $766 million from $705 million last year, and adjusted net revenues for the quarter increased 10 percent to of $638 million from $578 million in the same quarter last year.

Three Wall Street analysts had a consensus revenue estimate of $741.49 million for the quarter.
