AllianceBernstein Holding Q3 Earnings Rise - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - AllianceBernstein Holding L.P. (AB) Thursday reported third-quarter earnings which increased, helped by a rise in base fees and revenues from research services.

Net earnings attributable to AllianceBernstein Holding L.P. (the publicly traded partnership) were $44.54 million, up from $29.71 million a year earlier. Net earnings per unit rose to $0.45 from $0.32 a year earlier.

Adjusted earnings per unit totaled $0.45, compared with $0.40 a year ago.

Analysts polled by Thomson-Reuters expected earnings of $0.44. Analysts' estimates typically exclude one-time items.

Net revenues of AllianceBernstein L.P. increased to $750 million, from $706 million last year, above the $725.13 million Wall Street expected.

Assets under management rose 6.2 percent to $473 billion.
