The following representatives of Alfa Laval AB’s largest shareholders have been asked and accepted to form the Nomination Committee for the Annual General Meeting 2016:

Lars-Åke Bokenberger – AMF-Pension.

The Annual General Meeting will be held at Sparbanken Skåne Arena, Klostergårdens idrottsområde, Stattenavägen, Lund, Sweden, on April 25th 2016, at 16.00 (CET).
