Alfa Corporation Announces Regular Quarterly Cash Dividend

    MONTGOMERY, Ala.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 24, 2005--Alfa Corporation (Nasdaq/NM:ALFA) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.0875 (eight and three-quarter cents) per share, payable March 1, 2005, to stockholders of record at the close of business on February 15, 2005.
