Alcatel-Lucent Acquires Mformation - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Alcatel-Lucent (ALU) announced the acquisition of Mformation, a leading provider of mobile and 'Internet of Things' security and device management solutions for mobile operators, service providers and enterprises. Mformation will be incorporated into the company's IP Platforms organization.
