April 9, 2015 - Aker Solutions is changing the timing of its first-quarter 2015 earnings announcement to April 29 from the previously set date of May 7 due to scheduling conflicts.

Revised financial calendar for 2015:
April 29, 2015: First-quarter results 2015
July 15, 2015: Second-quarter results 2015
November 5, 2015: Third-quarter results 2015
