AFLAC Inc Earnings Decline 5% In Q3

(RTTNews) - AFLAC Inc (AFL) revealed a profit for third quarter that decreased from last year.

The company said its bottom line fell to $676 million, or $1.70 per share. This was down from $713 million, or $1.74 per share, in last year's third quarter.

The company said revenue for the quarter fell 3.7% to $5.51 billion. This was down from $5.72 billion last year.
