Advance Auto Parts Promotes Finley To EVP, Human Resources And General Counsel

(RTTNews) - Advance Auto Parts Inc. (AAP) announced that it has promoted Tammy Finley to Executive Vice President, Human Resources and General Counsel.

In her new role, Finley will continue to lead Advance's Human Resources strategies and functions. She will also assume responsibility for Legal, Risk Services and Government Affairs functions and will serve as Corporate Secretary for the organization. Finley will report to Darren Jackson, Chief Executive Officer, and will continue to be based in Roanoke, VA.

Finley joined Advance in 1998 and most recently served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources. Prior to that, she served as Vice President, Employment Counsel and Government Affairs; Vice President, Staffing and Team Member Relations; and Assistant Vice President, Human Resources. Prior to joining Advance, Finley was a labor and employment attorney with The Center for Employment Law, PC, and also served as a Staff Attorney with the Virginia Supreme Court.
